EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

（1）Bachelor degree or above in electronic, electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering profession;

（2）More than 5 years of industry experience in manufacturing or repair engineering;

（3）With basic trainingof production management, product knowledge, project management, production technology, financial accounting;

（4）Familiar with production process;

（5）Familiar with Office software, Auto CAD;

（6）Familiar with knowledge of machinery and process;

（7）Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills;

（8）Teamwork spirit.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:    

（1） Arrange the work schedule according to the scheme;

（2）Adjust the production changeplan according to the program changes or other factors;

（3）Formulate operation rules;

（4）Solve the problem in production field;

（5）Organize some activities such as process, machine maintenance;

（6）Audit equipmentand check thoroughly all the equipment and installation to ensure comply with the requirements of production;

（7）Provide solutions for complex and unusual problemrelated to production process;

（8）Provide data to managementabout the plant layout, equipment and process improvement, reduction of the cost of research;

（9）Teach the operation in Guidance site,provide work instructions ifnecessary;

（10）Train all service engineer to maintain and operate the existing equipment and new equipment;

（11）Improve the site process, using new materials to prevent and reduce the pollution to the environment.
